We use your data to answer your enquiry and discuss participation or cooperation. The website has no advertising trackers, analytics counters or embedded third-party services. Enquiries are not published.
1. Data controller

2. Data and purposes
The form collects your name, phone number, subject and optional message. We also record the enquiry language, reference number, consent date and time, consent version and processing status. We use these to contact you, respond and discuss membership, an event or cooperation. Do not submit passport, health, payment information or other people’s data.
3. Legal basis and processing
Form data is processed on the basis of your separate, voluntary consent. Operations include collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, retrieval, use to respond, restriction, deletion and destruction. We do not use advertising profiling or automated decisions producing legal effects.
4. Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in private storage on the website server, separate from public files. Access is restricted to the controller and authorised persons under confidentiality obligations. Safeguards include HTTPS, password protection, login limits and form security. Data is not sold, published or forwarded to overseas partners through this form. The hosting provider processes technical data as part of infrastructure provision.
5. Retention
Enquiry data is retained until its purpose is fulfilled and for no longer than 180 days after submission. Once work is complete, it must be deleted unless another legal basis permits retention. Enquiries older than 180 days are deleted automatically. If consent is withdrawn, processing stops and data is deleted within the applicable statutory period unless another legal basis applies. A subsequent contract may have separate retention requirements.
6. Technical data and cookies
Server logs may record IP addresses, times, requested URLs, browser details and response codes for operation and security. The application uses an IP-address hash to limit automated requests. The necessary session cookie marb_session is used when interacting with forms and signing in. It is not used for advertising and expires at the end of the browser session. No optional marketing cookies are used. The necessary marb_cookie_choice cookie remembers your preference for 180 days. You can change it using “Cookie settings” in the page footer. Choosing “Necessary only” keeps the form and admin working and does not enable advertising or analytics.
7. Your rights
You may request information, access, correction, restriction or deletion and withdraw consent by phone or through the “Personal data enquiry” form subject. Proportionate verification may be required to protect your data. You may complain to Roskomnadzor or a court. Mandatory rights under applicable laws, including rights to object, data portability and complaints to a competent supervisory authority where applicable, remain unaffected.
8. International enquiries
The website is available in Russian, English and Simplified Chinese. Changing language does not disclose data to third parties. Submitting an enquiry does not consent to disclosure to overseas trip organisers. If a specific trip or contract requires such disclosure, its legal basis, data scope and terms will be addressed separately.
9. Changes
The current policy appears on this page. Changes do not expand consent already given without a new lawful basis. Contact the controller using the details above if you have questions.
